My brother is 78 years old and is currently in a nursing home because his second wife – his first wife passed away then he remarried and she put him in a nursing home after being in the hospital for his back. This was supposed to be for rehab but ended up him being kept there. So I’m inquiring to see if this guardianship can be either reversed completely or can it be transferred to one of his siblings?
My niece was recently released from a group home in NC. She is bipolar and ADHD and is on quite a bit of medication. I have applied for Medicaid and it is pending. Is there any type of assistance I can apply for through the state ( Florida) or govt to help support her?

My brother wife of 15 years had a short affair, which ended in a pregnacy. My brother and his wife decided to work it out and tho he was not sure if baby was his or the OM he was willing to raise it as his own, his name is on the B/C. Last week he found out his wife and the OM secretly met a few weeks ago and had a private DNA test done, which proved that the other man was the father, and behind his back last week they started court procedures to establish other man as father and visitation. Does he have any rights to stop this? Can the wife do this all without his permission?

I just spoken with DCFS Admininistrator Office about my child name keep showing up in the computer as being with an agency. However, my child has never been with an agency. I mention to the Administrator Staff that the case was closed a year ago. My question is? What court forms do I need to present to the Judge to show that DCFS did not close the case as she instructed?
