I need to supoena the video tape from a state trooper’s patrol car during the time I was ticketed. The alleged Infractions were in a construction zone so the patrol car’s lights were constantly on which is the trigger for the video to begin recording. I’m totally lost as to how to get this video.
I am involved with a woman who’s husband has been neglecting for several years. Recently, he became violent and assaulted his wife and I. He is currently on bail with a no contact order, and his actions have been increasingly erratic, especially toward her (bad enough that one occasion the police voluntarily escorted her home). have a friend that got into a car wreck and his best friend died in the accident my friend was the driver. So they tell him he is looking at 3-15 years and a felony homicide and they say he should take the plea bargain they have offered which is no jail time, 5 years probation, and 3 years loss of license. The Father has basically disowned them, but the police report states that the car had very bad breaks and the front 2 brakes has locked up in the time of the accident so they more then likely lost control and the driver went to there father and asked for a loan or there college money top fix the brakes but the father would not let them do it.
My daughter’s boyfriend was sleeping over my house after attending a party earlier in the evening. At that party, her boyfriend apparently had gotten in a fight with another boy. At around 5:00am in the morning two state police knocked on the front door of my house. They asked her where her boyfriend was and when she told them they proceeded to go upstairs into her bedroom and seize her boyfriend. This all happened while I was asleep in my bedroom. Further, they didn’t just enter the house, but proceeded to go upstairs and enter the bedroom of a minor without my consent or knowledge? What action can be taken if any, and what impact could this have on the arrest and the case?
We live in Texas and a few years ago my fiance was convicted with assault with a deadly weapon (pocket knife). My question is what are his rights when it comes to owning or being in possession of firearms, is there any time frame like 5 years or so, before he can be in possession of a firearm or obtain a hunting license?
My friend was caught shop lifting for 20.00 To 0.00 merchandise. She was arrested and its a misdeameanor, she made payment arrangement of installments of 5.00, per month for 2 years to pay 80.00, this was made in court. My friend has been out of work and unable to pay she will pay but what will happen for now, its been like 5 months.
A friend of mine is a 34 year old Reverend in the state of New Jersey. He is in relationship with an 18 year old girl at his church. The relationship started when she was 17.
