My son turns 18-years-old this month. I have been paying child support for my son since he was born. He has lived in Houston his whole life. I live in Washington. His mother and I never married. Knowing we were not going to live and be together, we agreed on a monthly payment.
I have a child support order to pay my ex-wife 25.00/week. The order was made at the time of our divorce in 1992. I am the owner of an ingress/egress appurtenant road easement to a landlocked property behind my property. As I understand it, I am the subservient user, (for all intents and purposes I never use the road,) and the owner of the landlocked property is the dominant user.
