Can Siblings All Buy Parent’s Home as a Single Entity?

My parents are 70 years old. They retired in 2005 and built a home on a lake. The appraised value of the home in 2005 was 95,000. The appraised value today is 35,000 and they owe 40,000. Due to my father’s health my parents are now considering selling their home within the next 1-2 years. My two sisters and I are wondering if there is a vehicle/instrument that can be used for us to purchase the house (as a single entity) from them, allow our parents to stay in the home as long as they want and then we can use the home as a vacation home for our families? My best friend and I purchased a house four years ago as tenants-in-common. We each put equal down payments, pay half of the mortgage, taxes and insurance (50/50). How Can I Get a Non Existant Conveyance Taken Off the Deed to my Home?

Hi. I bought a house recently and was trying to refinance it when the bank called and said we would have to get an environmental study done on the property because there is a conveyance on the deed that says for he installation, maintenance, and repair of gas tank and lines. Is it Legal to be Nude in my Backyard?

I am a naturist living in Southampton, New York on the eastern end of Long Island. Unfortunately, there are virtually no places near me (ie resorts) that offer this nude luxury so I’d have to travel far to do this. But my backyard is quite private.
