My mother was shopping for groceries at her local store and one of the items she bought were disposable paper napkins. Today I was visiting her and these napkins were on the table so I have used one to clean my nose. Next moment I noticed a black spot on it, I realized it got in contact with my skin and it looked like mould (mold) to me.

While I was out she had her brother tell me I was moving out today or face domestic violence charges, which was completely fabricated in order to get me out for fear of being arrested as it happens all the time people get arrested based only on the partners word.
I live in Pennsylvania, I purchased a home on April and we moved in June. I did have a home inspection. Our basement windows leak excessively, our daughters windows leak (she has asthma) and also the kitchen window. We caulked the kitchen and our daughters room but have not corrected the basement. Last Sunday, I decided to take an at home mold test I purchased at Home Depot, I tested the air in the basement and have after an hours time mold started popping up in the petri dish. It still continues to pop up in the dish and it has been a week.
In July my dad was diagnosed with the final stages of oral head & neck cancer; a cancer that can easily be treated if caught in the early stages. This cancer can be seen by dentists during exams and includes a variety of symptoms including dentures that don’t fit right, bleeding gums, etc. Over the past 5-10 years my dad saw numerous dentists and this was never mentioned or detected.
My husband got a settlement almost 2 years ago from an accident on a job site at his work. Our lawyer still hasn’t given us any information, like a list of disbursements, or even a contract of our structured settlement. When we ask for these things, he puts us off by saying that he has to get it or ask the insurance company for it, etc. Our question is, was his settlement amount public information? And can we find out exactly how much it was for?
I live in Michigan. Over 3 months ago my 6 year old went out to play & the children’s’ dog went out with him (we live in the country). A lady handing out fliers for a person running for office parked in the mouth of our drive, got out & quickly approached our house. As she got close to our son the dog grabbed her coat at her elbow, she jerked her arm, my daughter (who was 17) asked her if she was okay.
My parents are 70 years old. They retired in 2005 and built a home on a lake. The appraised value of the home in 2005 was 95,000. The appraised value today is 35,000 and they owe 40,000. Due to my father’s health my parents are now considering selling their home within the next 1-2 years. My two sisters and I are wondering if there is a vehicle/instrument that can be used for us to purchase the house (as a single entity) from them, allow our parents to stay in the home as long as they want and then we can use the home as a vacation home for our families?
My ex girlfriend has told me she bought a house with me when she was not happy and didn’t love me 6 months ago. We split up a month later and I moved out. I don’t want to buy her out, I can’t anyway. I would like to sell and both move on. She wants to keep it and pay me what I put in, but I’m not happy she used me to get a house.
