TAC submitting an outdated resume of mine, and therefore incorrect, without my consent to company ABC in January. ABC has a policy where for 6 months, that agency then has the right to represent me. This was done without my knowledge and I was never told of the submittal. Is fraud the correct term, since TAC is using incorrect information for their own gain (referral fee)?

I was accused of shoplifting by the manager who made a huge scene about it, embarrassed me, and humiliated me. I had proof that the red bull he accused me of stealing was brought else where. He did apologize and blame his bad day but I feel he should be FIRED !! I am not a thief and he made me look like one to other customers in the store. This took place 3/31/07 at Publix in Orlando Florida can I sue of get him fired I have already contacted his regional manager.

My attorney advised me to drop my sexual harrassment case because I had lied about why I did not go to work before I was let go. So I dropped the case, but I think that was wrong. Now I want to re-open the case. Can I re-open it, and will another attorney be willing to take the case?
My supervisor called me into her office and stated that she was concerned that I could not perform my duties while taking my medications as prescribed. It finally came to the point where I felt that I had to give her a list of my meds or be terminated. I feel like I was put in a very tough position. Turn over the information or be terminated.
