I have a child living in my home that is a non-relative. She turned two on Jan. 21, 2012 and she has lived in my home since she was 6 months old. Her father is in prison and her mother is still doing drugs and caring for her 3 older brothers (ages 3 1/2, 8, & 15). I don’t think the mother would agree to giving me custody because she gets welfare for the child.
My boyfriend walked out on me and our 6 month old son two days ago. I was with him once before, but he found out I was pregnant and left me, then I found out he was cheating on me with his ex-girlfriend. I want to know if I have a good chance on getting full custody of my little boy.
I am in the military and my wife has a child from a previous relationship in which she was never married and no custody agreement was every arranged and she has had her for her whole 7 years of life. They have lived with me for two years in which I have supported his child and I am on orders to go to Colorado, could we get in trouble for bringing her with us?
I live in Pennsylvania and have a custody order for my child. The child will turn 18 in September of the beginning of her senior year in high school. Will the custody order remain in effect until she graduates high school or will it terminate once she turns 18 although still in high school?

Can a family court dictate the religion that children of a divorce are raised or participate in? Can they dictate that a child attend religious classes? Does this fall under separation of church and state?
My ex-wife went to law school and her attorney is her boyfriend. He did not serve me but said he did and as a result they were able to enter a default judgement, even though I am very involved in my son’s life and I AM THE PETITIONER!
