I recently got a speeding ticket for doing 110 in a 70. The 70 (mph) was on an Interstate road in Edgewood Indiana (Madison County). It was around 4:00 in the morning and there were no other cars on this strip of highway I was not under the influence of any substances.
My boyfriend of 13 years and I moved in together 5 years ago. He had a drug problem that I wasn’t aware of. My name was not on the mortgage. He was foreclosed on but never told me and he cleaned out the bank account and moved out.

I have broken up with my ex-girlfriend for about a week now and she won’t leave me or anyone I may be around (friends or family) alone. Is this enough to have a restraining order put against her? I know she is mentally unstable (bipolar and a cutter), plus it’s just getting down right annoying.
I am considering the purchase of a property on which there is an easement for the neighbor’s septic system (already in place).
