Should I FIle a Partition Action?

I am a co-owner of property left to me, my sister, and my brother in Fort Smith, Arkansas. My sister is/was the Trustee in charge of managing this property, and I am/was the second in line, should my sister not be able to fulfill her duties. My sister and I have been at odds since we were forced into this partnership. The biggest issue is the house. Does the Easement Holder Have to Pay Repair Costs?

I co-own a shared driveway in which a separate easement holder uses to access his property by automobile. Historically, the three of us have shared repair and maintenance costs equally, i.e. 1/3rd each. My co-owner and I are replacing the driveway, due to extensive damage over many years, and the easement holder is refusing to pay for his 1/3rd share of the replacement cost because he believes the project cost is unreasonable. How Do I Enforce a Judgment Against an Out-of-State Defendant?

My former landlord lives in NY. I was unable to have my former landlord served with my court ordered warrant because he lives in another state. Now the court has had me return the warrant and has issued me an Execution on Money Judgment- to evidently hold and sell off his property to pay off the debt.
