‘I live in NJ. I recently lapsed on my car insurance payment and as a result, my license and registration were suspended. I was sent a notice but missed it. I was later pulled over. My car was impounded and I received four tickets. What should I do now?’

Question: This is a serious problem, and the penalties are very steep. You really need a good lawyer to fight for you. Having no insurance can get you put in jail!
