How to Remove Ex-Boyfriend From Property Deed?

I bought a property 4 years back, with my ex-boyfriend and sister. The three of us are registered in the home loan, and the title deed. I am separated with my ex due to abuse and also have a restraining order against him. One of the orders is not to contact me and come to this house that we (the three of us) bought. He is trying to have some work done on his home (the mortgage and bills on which he makes all the payments), and the county we live in needs to have who ever is on the deed to sign the paperwork so the house can be repaired.
