I have a detached home. I have access to my property on one side. On the other side of my house is the driveway of a neighbor property. He will not allow me to make any repairs to my home from his driveway.
My neighbor won’t allow me to access to her roof to fix mine and the way the properties have settled, I have to use her roof to fix mine.
We have deeded access to a driveway on our neighbor’s property. It goes past his house, then turns and goes to a pole building on our property. He is blacktopping his driveway; ours is granite.
We own the driveway, it’s part of our deed. Now the neighbor uses it like it’s theirs. We want them to get their own driveway.

I purchased a property in 2012 that has the back 75′ under an electric company easement. There was a septic system put in that easement area back in 2001.
There is a deeded right of way that states the ROW measures 60 feet by 200 feet. The abutting property owner has taken possession of about half of it to construct a driveway, planted trees and a lawn.
My township is putting in a public water system which I opposed. They are proposing to run the water lines in front of my property and are wanting me to sign a document granting them a perpetual 20 foot easement to maintain the lines.

I was told that a local sealer company needs to run a rain drainage pipe through my property so that their business isn’t flooded with water. I was asked by a family member on behalf of the sealer co. and the township supervisor. The company didn’t even ask me themselves.
