My Ex is Threatening to Take me to Court to Fight over Visitation, What Should I Do?

My ex husband has not made an attempt to see our son who is now 9 for 7 years now. He is paying child support only because I filed with the Department of Revenue and they garnish it right out of his check. What to do When a Child’s Parent Files for a Modification in Child Support

The Non-Custodial Parent of my 3 children all of which are his has motioned for a decrease in the court ordered child support due to the our oldest child turning 18 years of age. I am literally between a rock and a hard place as Before he issued the motion for a decrease and before the court has even had a chance to hear the case for a decrease he has taken it upon himself to modify the court ordered child support by decreasing the child support by 1/3. My mother divorced my father due to an abusive relationship, they then went into a custody battle, where he had money and she did not, so he had a lawyer, while she was stuck defending herself. They agreed to take two each, and he got it, where she had to pay child support for the two he had, but he did not have to pay anything for the two she had.
