“I have a car on my property that belonged to my boyfriend who died at my home of natural property. His son has not settled the estate-it has been 1.5 years since his death. Can I claim the car as my own, since it is abandoned?”
Question: I would think not, but I do not know the answer (especially since I don’t know what state it’s in).
