Can Executor of Will Nephew Go Against Deceased Grandmother’s Will?

My aunt recently passed away, she changed her will shortly before she died and left most of her assets to my nephew and named him as executor. I am Unsure if my Deceased Grandparent had a Will, What Should I Do?

I am one of two grandchildren of a deceased grandparent. He died a little over 5 years ago. My grandfather owned a home in Los Angeles, Calif. This property was worth a substantial amount of money (the property was the real value, over million alone). Since his death the home has been sold by someone to somebody. I have no idea whom.
