If a leasehold interest is temporarily relocated and given advanced money to relocate and the leasehold never relocates, can you get the advanced monies back?
While visiting a local restaurant chain, I ordered my 10 year old son a strawberry daiquiri with specific instructions stating that alcohol should not be added to the drink.
