My aunt is elderly and has a driveway that we all use when we go to visit. The neighbor across the street has a young daughter whose boyfriend is there constantly. He parks right across the driveway where we have to go in order to back out.

My neighbor’s sewer is backed up. He wants to dig in my driveway, claiming a gas line running on his. What rights does he have if I don’t consent? My Pennsylvania deed states the following (though I have put …. in place of the names): THIS transfer includes the use of a 16 foot alley or lane as shown in the correct deed of …… and throughout the chain of title. This alleys runs along the easterly border of …..’s parcel. Being the same parcel of ground which vested in …. married, by the deed of ……, widow, dated and recorded 9/16/2002. Under and subject to all exceptions, reservations, conditions, and restrictions as appears in prior conveyances.
My grandparents and my great aunt are the owners of this property. It has been in their family for years but all they have is a quick claim deed obtained by my great aunt when her aunt gave it to her before she died.In 2005, the neighbor next to the property took all the unknown SUCCESSORS of this woman that happened to be all deceased ancestors that had the property before my grandparents and great aunt. None of my living family was notified and all the case online says is quiet claime title.
My issue: I share a driveway with my neighbor, where the entrance has room for just one car; the driveway then broadens enough for 2 cars. In the past, he has parked close to the entrance, making for a very tight squeeze for me to get in and out. He was told to move by the landlord, which he did. Today, he parked there again, which I didn’t see until I had to go to work.
When lot was originally purchased the developer had originally staked out property line. At time of purchase buyer had landscaper install trees along designated property line. 6 years later, the adjoining lot has been sold and survey now indicates the property line is now different and trees are on neighbor’s property. Any options?
The cable company hit my neighbors gas line and when the utility company came to repair it, their machinery damaged my lawn and underground wasteline. How do I handle this?
