I was wondering if a parent had four children ,and signs over the property (deed) to three of them, can the three children use money from the estate to take care of the property after the parent is deceased?
If I have property in my name, can my name be removed without my consent or knowledge?

They came out with law enforcement & removed every wire & totally blocked any natural gas to that house. The home owners owe thousands of dollars to the utility company.
