“I am a member of a Homeowners Association and I have discovered that the Management Company and a member of the Communications Committee have been manipulating the website to cover up violations of the bylaws. What can I do?”

Question: You can report them to the Board of Directors, or, depending on the rules of your HOA and your local law, you may be able to sue them directly.
