How long does the electric company have to pay me for an electric easement so my neighbor could get power? It stated they would pay me $1.00 in the agreement. I signed it over a month ago and nobody has paid me yet. Can it be voided if payment is not made in so many days?

Typically, when a very small dollar amount ($1 or $10, most typically) is recited as payment, this is a legal fiction and is not actually expected to be paid. Look for something in the agreement to the effect of “receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,” which is essentially you agreeing that you’ve already gotten the (fictional) dollar.

Where there is a real payment to be made, if the agreement doesn’t specify when then the answer is that they have a reasonable time whatever that means.
