I live in a mobile home park which has an alley that is used by tenants. The fence which separates the alley and my yard fell down. How much of the cost should I have to pay to have a new fence put in?

The real answer is it depends on who put up the fence in the first place, and whether there’s anything in your purchase or lease documents that specifies who is responsible for fence maintenance. The practical answer is, I would notify the management and assume they will pay for it until they tell you otherwise. And if they do expect you to pay something, politely ask them to point out the document that makes you responsible for that cost.
