I have obtained one-third of a property by warranty deed in Texas. My husband paid $48,000 in back taxes. However, the warranty deed is in my name exclusively. Can it be taken from me by anyone for any reason?

That’s a pretty broad question, so I’d have to say yes. I’m sure there is someone who can take this property for some reason, even though I’m not aware of a particular someone or reason.
