My boyfriend’s grandfather has custody of my boyfriend’s daughter. He is pressing the issue of a paternity test because my boyfriend is not on his daughter’s birth certificate. There is no doubt that his daughter is his.
Our next door neighbor keeps calling the police to say our dogs are barking. This went on for a year and a half, but when the police patrolled the area in response to her calls, they heard nothing (because our dogs weren’t barking) and issued no citations.
Our landlord and I got into a argument, because of his constant harrasment, he then said he was going to punch me in the head (I am a small female), then 3 days after that argument, I caught him trying to peep in my bedroom window. We then found out he was claiming less then we were paying on his taxes, and we were claiming what we should. What should we do?
Can my HOA come in without my permission? My neighbor insists I installed the tile floor which is not allowed on the upper level in condo. The neighbor does not live below me, she is just harassing me. I already responded to the HOA that I don’t have a tile floor, but feel like I don’t want them in my home if it comes to it.
My abusive ex still has some things that belong to my family and me. We are going to court for the abuse. Can the courts request he return our stuff at the same time?
My neighbor has been complaining to the zoning board about structures that, while not necessarily to code, have been on my property for more than 20 years. He is also being a nuisance, seemingly out to just make trouble for me. What can I do?
If there is parental consent, can a 16 year old date a 27 year old?
My neighbor runs a large landscaping business on two residentially zoned contiguous parcels behind my property. He is allowed to operate a business on these parcels by the Township because one of the parcels is considered grandfathered-in with non-conforming business zoning. Although this landscaping business has direct access to a road behind his property which runs through a neighborhood, all his traffic uses my driveway, which I share with a neighbor on the east side. My family and I have been harassed and intimidated since the day we moved in five years ago with four police reports to prove this. My question, how do I get back control of my driveway and ideally, make the business go out the other entrance?
Due to the freedom of information act, do I, or the rest of the general population have a right to all the names of all the IRS agents that enforce the tax laws against us poor morons or are they protected under some ambiguous bunch of crap to make sure we don’t harass them on a daily basis?
