“My home is landlocked but has a road easement for access purposes. I know want to subdivide the property into 4 parcels. Do I need additional easements for all the new properties?”

Question: Yes. Your easement is for the use of one property owner, which is a lot less use than four. You would do well to clear this with the neighbors, and get a new easement, before you start developing.
