I just had my rights terminated to my child. When do I stop paying child support?
You will need to review your parental rights termination order to see if there is any language that speaks to your rights and responsibilities regarding child support payments. It is very likely that you will no longer be obligated to continue paying support, but on a case-on-case basis (example – you still owe payments for back child support) you may still be required to pay.
