“What happens when someone violates their probation? The situation is this, my daughters father was put on probation for two years and also lost his license for two years, and was sentenced to do two weeks in rehab, he got kicked out of rehab after only 2 days. What will the repercussions of his actions be?”
The Court could give him back all of his time that was suspended in lieu of probation, revoke his ability to go to rehab over jail, and impose other fines and penalties attendant to his probation violation. He could either wait until he gets picked up on something else, wait for an officer to pick him up on a warrant or find an attorney that might be able to get his sentence reinstated.
A good rule that I see often in this and other contexts is “follow court orders”.
