My brother’s 5th wheel trailer is on my aunt’s property. He had a stroke a year ago and will not be returning to it. His daughter has POA and my aunt has asked her to have it removed. She hasn’t complied. What does my aunt have to do to legally get the trailer removed? This is taking place in California.

Generally speaking, vehicles on private property are a private, civil matter. You may be able to get the vehicle towed (at your expense), or you may be able to, in essence, sue for trespass.

The best outcome would probably come from having a serious discussion with the daughter, explaining that this needs to be dealt with before you need to take further action.
