Last year our neighbor asked us when we were going to move our septic system. He said that he would never be able to sell his property with our septic on it. Would an easement be a good solution to this problem? Or should we move it? One more note, our neighbor poured concrete and put a carport right on the property line after finding out what the surveys had shown. Shouldn't it be at least 3 foot away from us?

Our Township just recently adopted zoning. We lived in a mobile home and also operated a business at the property. We recently closed our business and we removed the mobile home that was in disrepair from wind damage and just being old. The new zoning lists our former business property as Residential Single Family Dwelling. The township lot size ordinance says that that property is too small to build on. Am I protected in anyway as far as being able to put a home or another mobile home back on that lot? What are some options that I have to sell this property?

My neighbor runs a large landscaping business on two residentially zoned contiguous parcels behind my property. He is allowed to operate a business on these parcels by the Township because one of the parcels is considered "grandfathered-in" with non-conforming business zoning. Although this landscaping business has direct access to a road behind his property which runs through a neighborhood, all his traffic uses my driveway, which I share with a neighbor on the east side. My family and I have been harassed and intimidated since the day we moved in five years ago with four police reports to prove this. My question, how do I get back control of my driveway and ideally, make the business go out the other entrance?
