My childs father is currently ordered to pay me 568.00 a month in child support. Me and the father talk pretty regular so he informs me of how much is taken out of his check and from what he tells me..they are taking out almost the full amount but i'm not receiving half of that money on my end in support. I honestly was receiving more from him before the support than what i'm receiving now and that is so backwards. I feel like now i'm being cheated..like i made a mistake putting him on child support in the first place. My question is why are they taking out more than i'm receiving?

My daughter was arrested for theft in a grocery store, (while pregnant). I found out through a police friend. She has been to her court date, and is on probation, with a few other minor rules. She graduated high school early (almost 17 when she graduated). My question is: Can I legally stop paying child support because she was arrested, or any other reason that you know of given the circumstance?

The biological father of my now 4 year old son left me when I was 7 months pregnant, he was seperated from his wife or so he claimed at the time, they have 2 young children. He is not on the birth certificate and only temporarily paid support from when my son was 3 months to 1 year old. I met my husband and moved to the USA with my ex telling me I was doing him a favor and all support stopped as he claimed he did not want to give money to me and my husband to spend! We have a daughter and loving sister for my son and I just want to make sure that my ex cannot do anything to ruin my family, can he claim custody?

A few years ago the court decided to just switch the papers to say my mother had and always had full custody. Now my father has been paying for child support to my mother even though I lived with him most of the time. Now I'm in college, and he apparently must continue to pay until I graduate college and live on my own... even if I go to graduate school. Is this legal, and do I have any factor in stopping this irrational child support?
