I was charged with a 4th degree CSC. I have 10 years conditional release. I recently got accepted to a college in China. Once I am on parole, and start my 10 year conditional release, will I be able to travel? I will not be on parole or probation. Just conditional release. If not what do I need to do to be able to travel? I also have a girlfriend there. Thank you
